How long after you started thyroid and bioidentical hormones did you

experience side effects?

I've been taking the small thyroid dose, DHEA, estrogen cream and

progesterone cream I mentioned before for about three or four days. I

feel very weird. Part of it could be due to the vertigo that came back

recently, but I also feel nauseated, weak and spaced out. Brain fog

like nobody's business. Have to reread every word I write to make sure

I got it right and still I miss some!

I know I need to be patient and I can. I just hope these odd

seensations are normal.

I think the side effects lasted only about a couple weeks until my

body got readjusted. It's been so long, but I do remember it being a

short time.

That brain fog is the worst....hopefully you are seeing improvements

in everything now. I hardly ever have brain fog anymore. And if it

does come back, I have no clue why. Thank God it is so rare that I

cannot even remember the last time. My guess is that it is just some

hormonal upset.

How are you feeling now? I know it hasn't been that long, but when I

go out of town, I get all screwed up remembering what has been going

on with everyone. Trying to catch up! I hope you are feeling

optimistic with your new treatments.
