Guest guest
Hi Sandy, Just a warning that enzymes are not cheap! The cheapest I could find was at http://www.vitacost.com/Mucos-Pharma-Wobenzym-N HOWEVER, I notice that they have changed manufacturers and have added talc. Talc is a carcinogen so I'm not sure you want to be taking that. My bottle is from about six months ago and it doesn't contain talc. Does yours Patty? I found a generic brand that is still much cheaper even though it's a smaller bottle. It has the exact same enzymes but without the talc. http://www.vitacost.com/NSI-FlavenZym-The-Ultimate-Systemic-Enzyme-Formula-Compare-to-Wobenzym-300-Enteric-Coated-Tablets There is also Digest Gold which I take before meals. You can find it at any health food store (I've never seen the Wobenzyme at health food stores though). If it's easier to order online, here's the link. http://www.vitacost.com/Enzymedica-Digest-Gold-240-Capsules I think you'll find that using enzymes and probiotics will help a lot w/ the bloating (as long as you're avoiding sugar too)! Good luck.
