What can you do about your breasts being rock hard due to scar tissue.

I don't know about anyone else but I have a real issue with scar

tissue. My doctor would tear it for the first three years but then

became afraid of the liability should he break the sack. Once the

tissue is torn my breasts feel like normal breasts. Does anyone else

have this problem?
