APD to hold Rule Workshops

TALLAHASSEE — The Agency for Person with Disabilities (APD)

wants the public to offer comments during four rule workshops being

held around the state. The agency is developing new rules for the

criteria to determine eligibility for APD services under Sections

393.065 and 393.063, Florida Statutes. Members of the public are

encouraged to provide suggestions for the development of the rules

at the workshops. You may also submit written comments to the

agency until June 30.

Citizen input is welcome during these meetings. The schedule

is as follows:
