Hi Sandy,

Everyone is different so I'm not sure how long you will have to take

them. Some have to for life, others don't. My plan is to take them

for 6 months after I feel completely well and then I will see how

things go tapering off them. What I've seen from chronic autoimmune

illness recoveries (from the autism and multiple sclerosis forums) is

that (in general) we have to work at this for about 4 years. I'm

hoping it won't take me that long, but that number keeps popping up

over and over again.
