Please, proctologist and orthodontist...

Please friends, if you know of any proctologist (or pediatric surgeon) who treats children with autism, let me know..my little boy has something called rectal prolapse and its not pretty...I already went to a pediatric surgeon and she basically said that nothing could be done,to give him more fiber. I need a second opinion, because this is just not normal in a 10 year old boy.

The orthodontist is not so urgent but I do need to start thinking about that too...
