Guest guest
I saw him in his office in Danbury. That was 3 years ago. Excellent surgeon, good bedside manner, explained everyrthing to me, great office staff......... and he's pretty easy on the eye too. Guest guest
i had mine redone a year ago.. no problem at all.. different surgeon.. feels more natural.. i had scar tissue in one side.. with blood clots.. so the surgeon is going to clean that out in October.. seems like it's an ongoing process.. but I have been so very lucky... just wish he could use 2 implants this time instead of one... no problems at all.. just my own body fighting the implant.. not the surgeons fault.. Guest guest
Sandy.. I had a bilateral mastectomy with reconstruction. With the breast removal, he put the expanders in.. to stretch the skin... took forever.. he cleaned up everything when i had the saline implants put in.. even some liposuction.. I had 2 - 6 hour surgeries.. then another 3 hours for the silicone implants.. an hour for the nipple reconstruction.. it basically takes about a year.. but i am so glad i did it.. The surgeon that removed the breasts is also in his office. They all took such good care of me. I could not have asked for better. I was living in Danbury Connecticut at the time... and Dr. Goldman was recommended by everyone I knew from GE to Cendant... See him.. talk to him.. see what he can do for your friend.. Connie.. Guest guest
Scar tissue occurs with every implant, so you have it on both sides. Sounds like you have a problem with the one side though. Yes, it is an ongoing process with implants. They will always be a ticking time bomb in the chest, and with your body fighting them, it's added stress. I hope your health doesn't deteriorate in time with them, but at least you know to keep watch for problems. Guest guest
Connie, Sorry to hear you've fought through cancer. Sounds like it was very brutal, including all the surgeries. Our Lynda had breast implants after breast cancer, and they nearly killed her. She had them removed and through much struggle regained her health. She's lived fairly healthy for a number of years, fighting to make sure the truth about the dangers of implants are revealed to every woman facing this choice. Unfortunately, her cancer has returned. I wish you well, and hope that you continue to be healthy in the future. Guest guest
Hello Conya ~ It actually sounds like you ARE having problems with having implants. Please keep a journal of how you are feeling. If you see a pattern going on, then in order to stay healthy, you would need to have them removed and not replaced. Write down everything from being tired, to headaches, digestive symtpoms, like, stomach aches, or diarrhea, or lower back aches. Neck aches, or hot and cold chills. Word recall, or trouble with your periods, or muscle or joint or bone pain. Even if it is just alittle. Track how you feel. Breast Implants ARE an ongoing process, even if you dont " think " you have problems with them. It is a foreigh body and your body is designed to fight foreign bodys as a defense to stay healthy. Not to mention the chemicals that make implants. All implants are silicone, some are filled with silicone and some with saline, but all are silicone. Here are the ingredients, all are known neuro-toxins : 1)Methyl Ethyl Ketone 2)Cyclobexanone 3)Isopropyl Alcohol 4)Denatured Alcohol 5)Acetone 6. Urethane 7. Polyvinyl Chloride (Liquid vinyl) This ingredient was used in all medical devices made at Lab, from tubing to gel. 8)Lacquer Thinner 9)Ethyl Acetate 10)Epoxy Resin 11)Epoxy Hardener both 10 & 11 are chemically known as glycosides Ether of Bisphenol A. 12)Amine 13)Printing Ink 14)Toluene 15)Freon (Methylene Chloride) This breaks down in the body so blood cannot arry oxygen: Metabolizes carbon monoxide poisoning. Causes CSN depression. 16)Silica 17)Flux 18)Solder 19)Chlorplatinic Acid 20)Metal Cleaning Acid 21)Formaldehyde 22)Talcum Powder 23)Color Pigmentation (Printers Ink) 24)Oakite 25)Cyanoacyrylates 26)Ethylene Oxide 27)Carob Black 28)Xylene 29)Hexone 30)Benzene 31)Hexanone 2 32)Thixon-OSN-2 33)Rubber 34)Acid Stearic 35)Zinc Oxide 36)Naptha 37)Phenol 38)Methylene Chloride 39)Platinum Salt I pray you dont have any further problems but always know KNOWLEDGE is POWER ! ! Staying healthy is first and foremost the most important key to life and living. Hugs Dede**************Get fantasy football with free live scoring. Sign up for FanHouse Fantasy Football today.
