I just got my implants out this past Tuesday July 15th yeah!

My breast look beautiful thanks to Dr. Melmed in Dallas. Him and his

staff are just Fabulous. Thanks for the recommendation Bindi.

The first thing i notice when i woke up from surgery was that i could

breath normal and my chest wasn't tight anymore. The next day i notice

my eyes weren't burning or red and i my brain didn't feel foggy anymore.

i know i'm on my way to feeling better.

Well does anybody know when should i start with dexot how often and

what kind of detox to do. Can you recommend somebody in LA area? how

about acupucture? is the lemonade fasting detox ok? or vegetable juice

fasting?

Please let me know and thanks everybody for your support you're all

amazing.!!

Love & Blessings,

Yesenia

Yipee Yesenia!

That's fabulous that you've noticed immediate improvement!

Everyone recovers at their own rate. Many women take a few years to fully recover, but for some it happens much more quickly. Some women disappear from this group soon after explant, and my guess is that they don't need it anymore, which is great! It's normal to have a forward/backward healing pattern, with some good days, some not so good, yet a steady increase in the number of good ones over time.

I never did any detoxing but I know lots of ladies here did. I did keep to a very clean diet, adrenal strengthening herbs and daily exercise. I had a slow and steady improvement over the first two years. Then I plateaued. Hormones have helped me with that last lap, and now I feel wonderful.

Good luck with your healing!
