Mastectomies and implant/explant question

I am having no luck finding a surgeon who can see me soon (the soonest

one can see me is Sept), so I am forced to see one where I live and

hope for the best. My question is have any ladies here had bilateral

mastectomies, followed with implants? Do you still have them or have

you had explant? I have been told by several surgeons that once you

have implants after a mastectomy, that having an explant is out of the

question due to the amount of stretching to the pec muscles and that

the amount of pain in the chest area would be unbearable. Is this

true? I want to be armed with as much information as possible when I

go to the surgeon Monday. Any advice or help anyone could give would

be appreciated. I know if the implants are replaced, I will never be

free of the fibromyalgia, brain fog, TMJ, etc.
