Check this out. They all are hand in hand.....

Keep in mind that with BI people, we had sacks full of chemicals inside our bodies permeating every cell of our being for however long. These sacks sat there and were in wet heat anywhere from 96-102 in most cases, and they moved with our bodies, they were constantly squashed by things, oozing with chemicals, oils, and vapors.....

Then many of us have has multiple surgeries with anesthesia, and if you have ever read the chemicals they use for that, well........

Any further outside chemicals, perfume, fragrance in hand soap, laundry detergent Cigarette smoke, paint, gasoline, new carpet and furniture, household cleaners, perfume, newspapers, pesticides, alcohol, caffeine and food additives or anything at all, can throw us over the edge.

MCS and CFIDS

Many chronic fatigue and immune dysfunction syndrome (CFIDS) patients report that their symptoms worsen when exposed to low levels of chemicals, especially when compared to pre-CFIDS. CFIDS patients also report worsening of allergies, which may be related to MCS.

If you think you may have CFS, use the "Do I Have CFS" questionnaire for an assessment that will familiarize you with the symptom patterns and exclusionary conditions that lead a health care provider to make a CFS diagnosis.

You mayhave CFS if you have experienced at least six (6) months of fatiguewhich is not substantially relieved by rest and severe enough tointerfere with physical, mental, social and educational activities. This debilitating fatigue must also be accompanied by four (4) or moreof the following symptoms:

impaired memory/concentration

sore throat

tender neck or armpit lymph nodes

muscle pain

headaches of a new type, pattern or severity

unrefreshing sleep

post-exertional malaise and

muscle and joint pain.

The similarities in symptoms and researchfindings between CFS andFM have led many researchers and clinicians to link the two syndromes, although others believe them tobe quite distinct. Often, whether a patient is diagnosed with FM or CFIDS, or sometimes both, is as mucha function of the doctor's knowledge as the patient's individual symptoms.

Other symptoms commonin FM include:

Fatigue (96% of patients)

Morning stiffness (95%)

Headache(90%)

Insomnia(86%Irritable bowel symptoms (80%)

Joint pain(72%)

Impairedmemory (46%)

Leg cramps(42%)

Impaired concentration (41%)

Nervousness(32%)

GASTROINTESTINAL PROBLEMS AND CHRONICFATIGUE SYNDROME

Many persons with chronic fatigue andimmune dysfunction syndrome(CFIDS) report gastrointestinal problems, including nausea, abdominal cramping, constipation, diarrhea and/or alternating constipation and diarrhea. When these symptoms are present concurrently, they meet the diagnostic criteria for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
