Hello Lea and Superman It is so nice to hear from you again. I knowthings have been very challenging and busy foryou all. I hope I get better soon too, cuz lately I have feltreally bad. I also had what felt like it was gonna be a heart attack yesterday. Scared the you know whatoutta me ! I had strange chest pain, and burning, and pressure, then both arms felt thick and numb like, and around my mouth on my face felt strange, and thenmy bp shot up but didnt stay there, fortunately.I laid flat and did some consious breathing and mentalling to relax my heart and body.
