(i can see the box labeled: fragile, liquid soup!) i have the pail of palm (50 lbs?) and i don't use it as much as laura, so i'm thinking with the hot hot weather here in the central valley that i need to keep it as cool as possible for long term storage. i'm guessing shelf life to be a year?? i think that's what mike (lawson @ colombus) said for the coconut oil. sorry that's just a guess =) lmk about the cookies. i'm aching for some dough anyway!
