!!!Cluster headaches_any advice?

Hello dear Family

I need your help and advices.

My Cluster Headaches are back (weehee ...) and I suffer sooo much, I just feel pain in my face. I tried painkillers but they won't work, I couldn't sleep last night... I feel like my face inflates, my neck and my left arm feel stiff...

Does anybody know some easy ways or tricks to reduce the pain? I just began my new job last week and I don't want to stay at home. But I must admit that working with this cluster headaches is horrible.
