I am so addicted to it that I weight myself everyday for fear of gaining weight. I hate that because whatever happens on the scale affects my mood for the day. I feel that if I don’t weight myself everyday then my weight will get out of control. If you could share how you were able to stop doing it and it was okay with your mind that would be great! Thanks.
