Guest guest
Yes, that's why we're here. If you use proper chelators and appropriate dose and dosing schedule. You cannot chelate safely and effectively if they have ANY mercury amalgam dental fillings. What are their diets like? S S I have a son who had ADHD. I know for sure that this happened after my son got a batch full of Immunizations. My other son's personality changed also after he got a large set of immunizations. They did this because they were behind on getting the shots so they gave them a bunch at one time. Both my sons were laid back now my one son has ADHD and my other son who was very docile is now alot more active. I don't think he is as bad as my first son. They are now 5 and 6. What my question is. Has there really been a big change in anyone who has given a heavy metal detox to their children and If there has which one is the best. I don't have alot of money to spend and I have gotten certain vitamins from the Health store and havent seen an improvment. I've spent alot of money already with no luck. The school is pushing for me to put my son on medication for his Impulsivity. Not really his hyperactivity. My son gets overstimulated during certain activities and doesn't act appropriatly. Just reacently he has taken to biting when he is happy or excited. He doesn't have good social skills. which I am currently try to get some help for. Any information would be helpful. _______________________________________________ Join Excite! - http://www.excite.com The most personalized portal on the Web! I used oral ALA, from my local health food store, to chelate all four of my kids and also myself. One of my kids was AS/ADD and another ADHD, the other two were PDD/SID and autism. Chelation was helpful, altho my kids required a LOT of other supplements also, in order to lose their issues. Dana
Guest guest
: There is one detox if you have a lot of mercury amalgams. It involves researching a dentist who can remove the old metal fillings and replace with appropriate fillings. The final step wold be detoxifying your both of the mercury. There are various chelation products and Guththaiaone that can be researched and purchased at a health food store. I tried the master cleanse diet, which involves drinking a "tea" made of two tablespoons of fresh squeezed organic lemon juice; one fourth teaspoon for the spice cayenne pepper and two tablespoons of Grade B maple syrup and filling up with 8 ounces of filtered water. This involves a fast for two weeks and only drinking the lemonade mix. I quit after the third day because I was losing too much weight. Research the Master Cleanse on line for more information as this does remove toxins. Guest guest
: There may be useful information about detoxing on these sites. A friend of mine who practices homeopathic medicine in the UK provided the links but I am just starting to view them. Guest guest
The word " detox " involves more than one system of the body. I have found that it should start with the colon, as toxins must pass through there to leave the body. If it's full of old impacted fecal matter, and not moving well, toxins can be reabsorbed into the body. I tried many colon cleanses. For me the easiest and by far the most effective was Oxy-powder. The next steps involve cleansing the kidneys and liver/gall bladder. I used a formula from Dr. Schulze for Kidney/bladder. I'm sure there are many good forumlas out there for this. I used many supplements for liver/gall bladder, but nothing had the impact of doing a Hulda style liver/gall bladder flush. In the first two flushes I got rid of hundreds of stones that never showed up in an ultrasound, and my blood work changed as well as my digestion. It made a BIG difference, but keep in mind there is some risk involved. Research it fully before deciding to do this flush. You can find lots of info in it here: www.curezone.com Since I am dealing with lyme disease I decided to have glutathione IV's. They help your liver detox. They have made a very big difference, including boosting my immune system. Hope this helps. Guest guest
This detox would be a good subject to discuss on an MS group like SpotlightDN or LDN_Users where off topic posts are allowed. Guest guest
Are you sure the nuts are out for good? If you soak raw nuts with filtered water and celtic sea salt overnight (4 cups nuts, 2 teaspoons sea salt) and then dry them at 150 degrees (12-24hours in my oven), it will make them more digestible (inactivates the enzyme inhibitors needed for digestion) and preserve their nutrients. This is one way to detox nuts. Generally, this is true for all whole grains as well, which should be soaked before being prepared (rice, oats, etc.)On Oct 9, 2009, at 1:55 PM, tweedle_here wrote: My son is 7. He's been diagnosed with leaky gut which comes as no surprise. We have been gf/cf for a few months. We are now cutting out nuts and many other foods for three weeks and then we'll add a little new food back in at a time. The nuts are out for good. (I haven't committed to GAPS or BED, that's still being researched.) Is there a safe, gentle way to detox the foods that disagree with his system? I'm just wondering if there is something that will help this along faster. No need to worry, I can wait if that is the best way.
