Can someone give me a few tips about finding my way around in here. I posted a

lengthy message in reply to Sara about scale addiction, but not I can't find

that it even exists. I've gone through old posts and read tons of great

messages, and I'm even getting replies to other posts sent via email to my

Droid. I'm hoping to actually connect with others, but I'm not sure if my post

posted and whether I exist in here. Can someone respond?
