Good for you Dawn! By the way, I love Sansone's walking videos because you can do a short walk or long one depending on how much time you have.

I am also in the habit of trying to take a nap with my son on the weekends as I work during the week. Sometimes I think it makes me crankier to have a nap then to do something instead.

Exercise is healthy whether you lose or not so keep it up. We are all in this together.
