Thank you Abby, Sohni, and Laurie! Great suggestions from all of you, which I

will try and incorporate into my IE and see what works for me. And, Abby, love

the quote! I think I'll print that out as a reminder.

I so appreciate everyone's willingness to share. I am soaking all of this up

like a sponge. From the newbies (myself included) who are sharing our struggles

- which helps me to know I'm not alone and that I don't have to be perfect at

this right off the bat - to those of you who have been doing this for a while

and speak with encouragement and confidence about IE and all of its benefits.
