Have You Heard Of This Book?

A patient at work today who is quite knowledgable about health and

fitness told me to get the book titled The PH Miracle by O.

Young. I stopped on the way home and bought it. Have any of you read

it?

a- I haven't read it, but I think my husband's dad has. He's been

suffering from chronic fatigue syndrome for years and years. He

recently started checking his pH levels, and getting his pH within

normal limits, and he is feeling much better. He has recommended that

I do this too.

Let me know what you think about the book. I just bought a book called

The Canary and Chronic Fatigue by Majid Ali. Sounds very interesting.

I will let you guys all know what I think.

Good luck with your BP. I struggle with high BP too. Inherited it from both parents. It has improved a little since explant though.
