Guest guest Posted July 25, 2010 Report Share Posted July 25, 2010 I just wanted to thank whoever it was that recommended the book 'The Overfed Head'.... I'm sorry I didn't take note of who it was. I purchased it on eBay and have been reading it the past couple of days. What I like about it is the simplicity. It is very simple, straightforward and easy to read and understand, not to mention motivating.
