Guest guest
For those tea lovers out there, check out Teavana. If there is a store close to you, it is such a fun place to go into - all kinds of neat tea pots. I got a really cute tea kettle that has a whistle like a train. And they have all kinds of really yummy loose leaf teas. I love their mata vana mixed with rooibos chai and recently discovered their Earl Grey Creme which I have been drinking in the AM instead of coffee. Here is their website: http://www.teavana.com > > I'm really working on the JOY in my intuitive eating journey.
