Hi cheryl,

Sorry to hear that you are struggling.

Does your snacking happen at the same time every day? Is there something going on at that time that makes you need the emotional comfort of food? And are you eating enough during other parts of the day?

These are both triggers for me snacking a lot. Also I tend to eat when I am tired and seeking comfort and don't make myself go to bed. Like right now!Best,Abby

 

Still having problems with eating for at least an hour of all kinds of snacks everyday, makes me depressed and feel like a failure. It's been happening for about a month. I need to find somewhere to go or something to do besides snacking. Just really upsets me cause I eat pretty healthy the rest of the day.

Yea,

I get up so darn early 2am or so, I need a nap, then up and eating. I been

reading intuitive eating, kind of iffy about approah because still will be

eating junk, I want to stop snacking on junk for an hour or more, but I still

want to loose wt.

I have stopped having snack attacks for about 3 days and feel good about that.
