Cheryl,

I'm not sure I understand... What do you hope to be motivated to do? Maybe a good place to start wpuld be being conscious of how you are feeling, emotionally and physically, when you start and finish eating? And just observing those feelings, without judgement?

Try to remember that this a difficult journey, especially the beginning, and be patient with yourself. You are doing great. IE can be VERY uncomfortable at times. That doesn't mean you are doing it wrong!

Intuitive Eating, I started it. Hope that it helps me. Guess it doesn't help giving up any food just be more in tune with hunger issues. Just hope it helps me with my snack attacks, then I get depressed and mad at myself. I need to stay motivated with the help of this group.

I want to beable to eat whatever and not gain wt. Right now I'm at my biggest

size in clothes I have. I do walk everyday. I try to keep busy instead of having

snack attacks. I do eat any foods just limit myself without going over board.

Just new to me and hoping to loose some wt. I am not pleased with my body image,

personally I can live with, like myself there.
