Guest guest Posted February 7, 2010 Report Share Posted February 7, 2010 I want to beable to eat whatever and not gain wt. Right now I'm at my biggest size in clothes I have. I do walk everyday. I try to keep busy instead of having snack attacks. I do eat any foods just limit myself without going over board. Just new to me and hoping to loose some wt.
