Darling Dede:

Thank you for your support. I did mean to say bloodwork, not bloodworm. I will see an infectious disease specialist soon, and my urologist. Honey, I know that you are correct in that my infected breasts could be causing these problems. I had high blood pressure and a temperature at the hospital. They were monitoring my heart while I was in the hospital, they had so many things attached to me it was awful. The doctor agreed with me, when I told him this was caused by a long term silicone breast implant rupture.

Love you so....always...........Lea

Lea,I had almost the exact symptoms the middle of one night some years ago. . . It was a urinary tract infection. I went to the ER. They kept me waiting for hours - in awful pain! . . . It cleared up quickly with antibiotics - and plenty of water.I hope you're feeling better by now!Love,Rogene

Hi Lea:

Sorry to hear about this. I hope you do not have a repeat of this and

that the antibiotic will take care of it.

You asked if anyoe had had this and I cannot say I have. What I have

had now for probably at least 10 years has been blood in my urine. No

one seems to have any idea why...

Are they checking further to see what bacteria is present?

bladder. When we got home the spasms started, it was the worst pain

the ER. The nurse had me give a urine sample, but it was all blood. I

was so frightened, because this all came on without symptoms. The

doctor ordered plenty of bloodworm, and they did two CT scans because

they were sure that it was a kidney stone. Later the doctor came into

my room, and told me that there was no stone, only cysts and some type

of bacteria. We were at the hospital for ten long hours. The doctor

came in later and told us that he was sending me home; however, this

could happen again. He put me on a strong antibiotic and they sent me

home. We will find out tomorrow what might be going on, they did not

returned. I feel weak, but everything seems to be okay, no more

Oh, Sweet Dede:

We know that anything is possible after having these rotten devices. I have not had a bladder infection for years, and we were shocked by all of the blood that I had lost. They knew that I was on blood thinners, and that was a concern. I am on 100MG, of Macrobid twice a day, and it is working.

Thank you for all of your support...we love you...Lea and Superman

Rogene, thank you. It is a comfort that someone else has had this. Were you bleeding from the bladder too? How could they just watch you suffer, that makes me so angry. Everyone treated me so well, and that is how you should have been treated.

Honey, we are so sorry that you must have radiation, but it will make you well again. Hang in there, and just know how much that you are loved in this group.

Oh, sweet Cathie:

Thank you for responding. We were so afraid because the pain was awful, and it just would not stop. The bleeding started when the ambulance arrived at the ER, that would have scared us to death if it had started at our home. called the health link, and it is a lifesaver, because the nurses monitor people who are having severe health problems...I am on their list. She could hear me screaming in pain, and told to call 911. I hope that you have the same system, because it really is a comfort to have nurses who will do this for everyone.

Honey, you should not be having blood in your urine. What have your doctors told you, because they should do something? Are you positive for MGUS? I know that you have many of the same symptoms that I have, just wondering!

We will be going to see my family doctor on Thursday morning. He will do a follow-up because he remembers in the eighties that I had some severe kidney and bladder problems. He sent me to a urologist, and he put me on antibiotics for one year. We never thought that it could have been caused by the ruptured breast implants....at that time no one here knew anything about them. Someone knew; however, they were not about to talk about it.

Take care dear friend...love you.......Lea

Dede, you are so very sweet. We are so glad that you came to this wonderful group. Our Rogene, and our Lynda, are both going through so much, and having you give so much support is wonderful.

Honey, when I was in the hospital, I never stopped talking about the dangers of breast implants. They had given me a drug in my IV for the pain, this really kept me talking, and they all agreed with me. One nurse told me that if a women wants these devices, that we should be blunt with them, and tell them the truth. They said that I was a good example of what happens to a woman's health when she has these deadly devices.

The antibiotics are working, but I will have to go back to bed. I really feel so much better today, but I will not do anything silly.

Love you so.....Lea and Superman

Sweet Dede, I will never stop giving out information on these deadly devices. We have millions of lives being destroyed everyday by faulty devices.

My doctor told us that they still do not know what caused the bleeding and severe pain, but he thinks that it might have been a large blood clot that broke. He will be sending me to a urologist to have a scope done. I must stay on this antibiotic until we get more information. I still have a bit of pain in my right lower side, and I must not do too much.

Lea,

I did have this happen a couple of times, including the bloody urine

and yes the pain was unbearable, thankfully it hasn't happened in 15

or more years. I didn't have any types of scans done, but was given

an antibiotic. It hasn't happened to me in years. I hope you are

doing better now.

Much love and many prayers,

Oh, Sis, I am so sorry that this has happened to you too. I must admit that I am a bit frightened, because I have never had this kind of pain before. It might have been that I was not drinking enough water, but there are cysts and bacteria in the bladder....I must stay on this strong antibiotic for another week.

Honey, I hope that you find a position that you will love. I too get stressed out over little things. We seem to be a target for many people, they seem to know that we are vulnerable! My son insulted me yesterday, by saying that I make our cats neurotic. We both treat our cats with so much love, but we do not allow them outdoors. Cats are not allowed to run free here, and we would hate to lose them.

Lea, we just got two kittens and we love them so much. They bring

smiles to all of our faces. My stepdaughter has been living with us

this summer, and I must say even though she and I didn't get along

well during her teen years, she's 20 years old now and we've mended

our relationship over the summer. She's the one who brought the

kittens into the family. We don't allow them outside, either. They

are precious, and they are part of the family.

Sending light and love your way,

Lea,

When I went to Washington to testify before the FDA panel that was

preparing to approve saline implants, there was a woman who testified

that when she got sick, she urinated pure blood. (Which I am sure it

was not PURE blood, but it was so red that it looked like it.)

I think kidney problems are huge for women with implants. In fact, I

recently read an article that explained WHY women with implants have

greater kidney issues, but unfortunately, I can't remember where I

read it. (My brain is getting flabby lately, which makes me so mad.)

I hope you are doing better since you wrote this...I am still

catching up on posts. I feel so badly about not being able to keep

up with the group like I want to....I am trying to stay on top of

things!

I have been struggling with fatigue lately, even though I am up to

about 4 or 5 grains of Armour thyroid lately. Not sure why the

fatigue is hitting right now, but I believe a strict gluten free diet

is in order!

Patty, I have many women here who have severe kidney problems. The doctors were wondering why my kidneys were so small. I have mild kidney disease with a cystic lesion on my left kidney. I have not had any symptoms before this frightening event. The doctors were not worried about this! My doctor will be doing more testing on Friday.

Honey, please try to take care of yourself, because I worry about your fatigue. Something is causing you to not feel well. We all love you, and want you to get well again. Your presence is always felt, even if you are away for a while.

Love you always..........Lea

Sis, I have just seen your note. I am happy that you no longer have a problem with your stepdaughter. We have enough problems to deal with, and do not need our families to turn on us. That has happened to me big time, but I hope that it will be resolved one day.

Honey, our cats make life much better, and people who have pets live longer. Please take care, and know that you are loved by this group.

Love always....Lea
