Guest guest
Hello I am sorry you are feeling so crappy. This is common and it will get better. You had major surgery ! You also had a ton of drugs IV in your surgery. Your body is recognizing all the changes now too, and all those toxins from all that are moving around. Be sure you are drinking alot of water so that you are filtering out all that junk. Also be sure you are pooping at least once a day. I would venture to say you probably need to start detoxing soon, and I would go very slowly so as to not overload your body with more things to deal with. Try to meditate a couple times a day, just let go of all that mind clutter it will give your mind a rest and your body will truly relax during that time. Do journal, it will show your progress as well as show you patterns of how things make you feel. Allow yourself permission to cry, it is ok, and a process you need to go thru. You are actually going thru sort of a grieving process. You just lost a limb of sorts, part of your body you have had for awhile. Kind of like getting a mastectomy. Just know with time, proper detoxing, patients, good nutrician, you will heal. Your breasts will fluff out over time, and will look and feel totally different a year from now. Probably much better than you ever imagined ! ! Love Dede**************Get the scoop on last night's hottest shows and the live music scene in your area - Check out TourTracker.com!
