Guest guest Posted October 1, 2010 Report Share Posted October 1, 2010 hi,lately i have been noticing that i have started mindlessly 'snacking' again even when i have not been hungry. i think it's been about a week or so & i was surprised that i actually still lost weight this month even with the extra snacking. i'm putting an end to the 'snacks' & only eating when i am actually hungry from now on. that's what i love about this way of eating, when i begin to slip into "unconsciousness" with the food, i can recognize it & pull myself back into awareness. that is so freeing.mj Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
