Guest guest
> > http://www.hpoq.abouthealthc.com > I find myself going all over the map with my eating & thinking. I have basically legalized all foods, and like to eat healthy and balanced meals, but I in the interests of running a family I try to stick to meals ( skimp on lunch to stay hungry for dinner, then eat while preparing it and eat it with family as well). My lifelong habit of " a little too much is enough " keeps my wheels spinning. I' alternate between trying to stay conscious and getting fed up with the attention I have to give to each bite and choice to stay " intuitive! " One if the underlying problems is that I have some physical problems that losing weight would help. That very concept plays into overeating/restrictive thinking cycles. If I don't weigh myself the scale creeps up. If I weigh myself I get into restrictive thinking. If the scale goes down I give myself permission to sneak in extra bites or eat a snack Im not necessarily hungry for. This feels like a big confession! It helps to know you are all out there. I noticed this summer having a buddy helped, and I'd be happy to buddy up again. Anyone inteested? Ellen K.
