Get it in writing, and the larger incision under the breast makes it

far more likely that a complete capselectomy will be done. Drains

are essential.

Wonderful Quisence ! . . . This sounds more like it! . . . en bloc isn't exactly rocket science - but it does take more time and skill. Often times doctors don't want to take the time, or don't understand how important getting all the toxins out is - After all, breast implants are safe, aren't they? NOT!Since you are already well on your way to a healthy diet, you should do very well! The foods I'd investigate are home made Kefir (do a search for "Dom's Kefir"), yogurt (home made if possible), and sauerkraut - there is a recipe in the archives. It's recommended that one eat two tablespoons of raw sauerkraut three times a day. . . raw! It's pretty good! . . Much different than commercial sauerkraut!Kefir

or yogurt with a little fruit blended into it makes a really good smoothie for a healthy breakfast. You can buy any number of probiotics over the counter . . . Garden of Life Primal Defense, Acidopholis, etc. . . Look for those that have an assortment of organisms. . . the more, the better. . . You'll usually find better prices online. However, you'll probably want to start off with a good fungal cleanse . . . Caprylic Acid is fast and very effective. . . it's available in health food stores. . . Start slow - your tummy may complain . . gradually work up to about 3600 mg daily for 16 days. The idea is to get rid of fungal organisms, then replace them with the healthy organisms necessary for health. Once the good organisms have been suppressed by illness, antibiotics, poor diet, etc. it takes a major effort to get the gut healthy again! . . . But, since you are eating well, it should be much easier for

you!Hugs,Rogene

We are all here sending love and prayers to you....Lea
