Hi guys - Liz here again (sorry, forgot to write my name on my last post) - I was wondering how you guys dealt with fitting IE around your schedule (work, social activities, etc). Although I'm lucky to have a pretty flexible schedule and work relatively few hours, I still find myself eating before I leave the house even if I'm not hungry, simply because I'm pretty sure that if I didn't eat I would get hungry while at work/other activities (usually only about a 5-6 hour stretch away from my house). Do you guys do this? It is ok? I've heard of bringing a "food bag" with you everywhere, so that you can eat whenever you get hungry, but I find that the things I usually get hungry for are actual meals, nothing I could pre-prepare for a food bag.
