Guest guest
-One thing that might help is to focus on the foods that you like that you can eat! I have been working on trying to increase fiber in my diet and have found that I have really enjoyed some of the higher fiber foods that I hadn't been eating before. Maybe by finding what is allowed for you, you might find that you really like the foods...just a thought! Sue Checking in here for the first time in a while ... It's been a very busy summer/ early fall ... I've been recently diagnosed with an unfortunate medical condition and put on a very strict diet by my doctor. Since IE is the ONLY sanity in my life, I am devastated by this. The list of what I CAN'T eat is a mile long. Ever since I discovered IE back 15 years ago, I've clung to all of the sanity that it brought into my life, especially the idea that there is no forbidden foods. Now I'm put on this diet, I haven't even TRIED to stick with it at all this week, I'm rebelling against it ... and not only am I eating foods that I have been told NOT to eat, but also eating when I'm not hungry. It's a rebellion, or backlash or something. I was so afraid of this backlash, and sure enough, it's happening. Help help help...
