Guest guest
. . . Some of our ladies have tried Rubin's online diet program . . . they say the recipes are excellent. They've joined long enough to collect the recipes they want, then dropped. Even their spouses enjoyed the foods. You should be able to stay on the diet for an extended period . . . It's not necessarily a weight loss program. . . Chances are, you're concentrating on what you CAN'T eat, vs. what you can eat. Actually, there are lots of health foods - but adapting a new diet abruptly is very stressful. I'd suggest incorporating his recommendations at a pace you find comfortable, as you find new foods you really enjoy. Look at it as a life time change . . . not a "die-it". Personally, I see The Maker's Diet as a guide/goal, not as a mandate. Much less stressful that way. Hugs, Rogene Maker's Diet Clarifications Hello ladies! So I need a better understanding. I read the list under "frequently asked questions" about the Maker's diet. Is the maker's diet a detox diet for candida and fungal issues? Is is strictly for 40 days or can you maintain it. Does it result in weight loss? I am feeling really confused about what I should be doing after explant. I have eliminated breads, gluten, carbs, sugars, nightshades, and although feeling better have lost very little weight but am feeling so restricted. Would love any feedback from those who have tried this diet! -
