Guest guest Posted April 13, 2010 Report Share Posted April 13, 2010 I've made lots of progress with IE, but I still catch myself feeling guilty for extra helpings or dipping into the candy jar, then I eat because I feel bad. I ate a big dinner last night at an amazing restaurant, and I ate way past my fullness level. I was fully aware of how full I was, but the food was so good, I didn't want to stop. Everything I ate was healthy; mostly rice noodles, veggies and tofu, but I still feel bloated this morning and I know it's putting a damper on my day. Any tips for getting over the guilt?
