Welcome, Jen! I'm glad you feel safe and comfortable with us. I look forward to

reading more of your story and how IE helped you. I also liked Geneen Roth's

books. I met her at a book signing for " When You Eat at the Refrigerator, Pull

Up a Chair. " I brought all my copies of her books, which she personally signed.

She's a great IE pioneer.

thanks for the welcome!

it's been awhile since i first read those books but it really was such an

eye-opener. she was my hero.

i've ordered " Intuitive Eating " from the library...i haven't read that one yet.
