Guest guest
I'm battling high blood pressure and my doctor has given me two chances to get the weight off (about 25-30 lbs.), or she'll be putting me on medication (which I really don't want). I can't seem to diet successfully, to the point where my blood pressure is at a safe level. I'm attempting to increase the activity level in my life, and I've decreased my sodium intake rather significantly, but being a single mom and working a full time job I'm having a hard time doing anything for myself, including diet and exercise. Any advice on how to effectively get the blood pressure under control without all the pressure and guilt of not staying on a diet?
