Guest guest
Hi, Now that I'm a little more in tune to my body and its sensations, I feel hunger to the right of my lower left ribs, usually in the form of either gurgling or gnawing. Guest guest
For me, hunger begins with grinding my teeth. I think it's different for everyone, so the key is to pay attention, and over time, you will find out what your signals are. Some people realize they are thinking about food more than usual (this happens to me, too). Some people, by the time they feel the gnawing, are downright starving. Trust your body--it'll let you know. ~
