Thank you, thank you, thank you for posting the article on diabetes and IE/OO. I was just diagnosed last week with Type 2 diabetes and have been working with IE principles and a nutritional therapist for the last year and a half. This was a great reminder and resource that self care and listening to my body is important now more than ever. Thankfully my "dietician" is my nutritional therapist and knew what might trigger that old diet rebel mentality and what might be more helpful as I learn how my body reacts to different foods. I so enjoy this list of helpful people - even if I mostly just read. Thanks again, in IL
