LOL! Yes, if I had 9 kids, I would not miss work either. :-)

 

ha.  I used to have a job where the boss' elderly uncle would hang around.  One day, he was talking about his mother (widowed at a young age).  " That woman was a saint.  Nine kids and she would walk every night over the bridge to Fall River to go to work.  Never missed a night's work. Ever. "   Well, if I had 9 kids at home, I'd walk miles over the bridge every damn night to go to work, too.   Funny, funny stuff.

yes, do you get to hear yourself think? I'm so envious. We had a basement growing up, now I know WHY my Mom was doing laundry a lot. (I mean, she had 7 kids...and there was a lot of laundry, but I never thought, gee, she gets to hear herself think...)
