Guest guest
Sugar, Exercise helps to get the blood sugar, but also eating Cheerios, milk and then tomato soup adds a lot of carbs. It is better to eat almost no carbs when the sugar is up and to stick to protein and low carb vegetables. _____ From: blind-diabetics [mailto:blind-diabetics ] On Behalf Of Sugar Sent: Monday, December 27, 2010 2:43 PM To: blind-diabetics Subject: high sugar question hello all, just wondering for those of you who don't take insulin, but on pills to maintain sugars, like Metformin, or other meds, what do you do when your sugars are on the high side?
