Guest guest
In over 10 years of implant support, this is the first time I've seen anyone mention having a seroma. I believe all these ladies who are still so very ill with symptoms should get an ultra sound after thier surgery if thier symptoms still remain. It's very possible to have a seroma that went undetected. I don't think it is very common. I hope you find a good surgeon who is very talented and skilled about taking care of this! Dr. Blais said a seroma is common after surgery Is it covered by insurance? Yes Do you have anything scheduled yet? Breast surgeon appt - July 28'th He's a male - We'll see how it goes I plan to have documentation on hand I'm so sorry you are dealing with this! Since I have not heard about this happening to anyone, I am not sure what the recovery is like, so please keep me posted. Considering what Traci has been through I' not that worried at all - Not yet anyway!! I just pray another seroma doesn't form- UGH I just want all this garbage out of me Seromas can form anytime after explantation. If it is infected, then that is probably why you feel sick. We go in through the same incision. MG doesn't diagnose seroma, ultrasound does. Dr. Blais and Dr. Kolb said ... if the seroma has mold in the fluid, the biotoxins can cause these symptoms. Maybe this nasty seroma is why Rash that comes and goes on my face Breaking out in Sweats High blood pressure Partially Paralyized Extreme Fatigue Chemical Breath Little Energy Muscle Loss Weight Gain Hot Flashes Very Weak Numbness Joint Pain Sandy~
