Guest guest
I have only tried the "Global Unity" DVD, but they stress throughout that you are to adapt everything for what your own body is telling you. Nia is meant to be easy, joyful exercise. Nothing they do is stressful. Most of the time your feet are planted on the floor, and all the steps are easy and flowing. You might find the book "The End of Overeating" a very interesting read. Kessler talks about the addictive nature of certain foods and food combinations. Best wishes s.
