Guest guest
Hi Tai,I think this is a great idea. I kept a food log for the first 4 months of my commitment to intuitive eating and found it very helpful. Another tool I use when I perceive physical hunger is to sit for a few moments and do a brief body meditation (it only takes about 5 minutes). This helps you to slow down and to really be present in your body. It does take time to gauge physical hunger. It can be a very subtle experience. I find it gets easier and easier with time, patience and a genuine sense of curiosity about your body's signals.Good luck!Cheers! A.
