late for update but here it is anyway

I was doing good, feeling good. Was even working on my rooms and Wham!! I turned around, started to take a step and ended up on the floor. Now I have not fallen for a loooooong time, well almost but have been able to catch myself. This time the two things I reached for either fall or moved. Scared my poor grandson. Patience said he has not moved that fast in years. I am ok not even bruised just a tender hip for a couple of days. However this was the beginning of a mild attack. I slept for most of the next 3 days and was not much good for over a week. When I have been good for a couple of days, What happens I get the worse cold I have had in about 2 1/2 years. Back to bed. Been

feeling better for the last few days.Ok now I have to get ready for my appointment with the new neuro. This will be the one at the "Oak Clinic for Multiple Sclerosis". If you are interested you can check it out at www.oakclinic.com type in Ohio to get the right one. It is my understanding that they are well liked, one of the best and do research.
