Distilled Water

Distilled water tends to be acidic and can only be recommended as a way of drawing poisons out of the body. Once this is accomplished, the continued drinking of distilled water is a bad idea.

Drinking pure spring, highly filtered or distilled water in a glass container is a great choice of beverage to dilute and/or help flush out the contaminants. The only possible question about distilled water is the possibility that it might leach minerals from our cells. In general when we detoxify and chelate we have to be aware of mineral depletion whether we are using distilled water or not. H2O in its pure distilled form is good.[viii] Some physicians feel that distilled water is dead, but the water from the clouds is pure distilled water.[ix][ii] Though perhaps not the best source of water over a lifetime it is a high contender for the best source of water to use during detoxification and chelation

The water that you drink must be pure or else you are doing more harm

than good by flooding your body with toxic chemicals. Tap water,

which usually contains chlorine, radon, arsenic, fluoride, pesticides, rocket fuel, Teflon and other toxic chemicals is not what we want to drink. .
