I was the one that commenced this thread. Thank you for all your comments. It

has revealed that even on this loop I am not alone in these challenges. So, if

for no other reason thank you for all the fine comments and the willingness to

share your own stories.

Following the reading of Gillian's post ...

I am going to eliminate the word addict from my vocabulary and even the fact

that I have an eating disorder. While these two facts are very well the

situation, living 'in' this reality is likely contributing to the fact that I

keep slipping and not reaching my goals.

So, today is a new day and rather than an addict, a compulsive overeater, an

emotional eater ... " I am an Intuitive Eater! Living as though I have already

achieved the best reality for my life! "

So, thanks Gillian for this conclusion to this topic. Bless everyone on your

life journey.

bravo. I'm going to follow your lead & NEVER ever refer to myself as an

emotional eater EVER again. I'm joining you in the " I'm an Intuitive Eater all

the way " crowd. Thank you Gillian for your post because it was exactly what I

needed to read, even though I didn't know what to think about it at first ; ) ;

). And thank you Carolyn for inspiring me to take the next logical step in my

development. It makes me feel so FREE to get to where I was heading.
