Change therapists and get a restraining order. You have a right to be concerned.

past my house at least once a week. It makes me not want to play outside with

my son. Writing this has calmed me down tremendously. I have seen a therapist,

but the therapist tends to think I should not go NC. I don't think I can take

any more, but yet I still worry about her being lonely. I feel like I am going

crazy.

while and have started thinking I was going crazy and feeling guilty all over

again. Thanks for the reassurance. Thanks to people like you I am sure I will

be able to come out of this low.

again come out of this low and regain my strength and confidence to push on.
