Guest guest Posted July 13, 2008 Report Share Posted July 13, 2008 Hello all! I know it's been quite a while since I posted. I stopped by today and thought I would give you an update. I have not been feeling better since surgery and the squeezing around my chest has been getting worse. So I recently had an MRI of my back and finally have gotten my diagnosis.... I have 3 ruptured thoracic discs that are touching the lining my spinal cord....this has been my pain and problem all along! This is apparently very rare and why it took them so dang long to find it. And it is even more rare that all my pain is coming out of my chest, abdomen and pelvis. The ruputures are anterior, so this is why my pain is not coming out of my back. I guess it was not my implants after all. This has disrupted my nerves system so this is why I have such a hard time taken meds and why I have been itching on my legs and arms. I am seeing a spine Dr. soon and we will go from there. I am going to try everything to avoid surgery. I will keep you posted. I hope you are all doing well and I miss you ladies!
