Qiessence ~

Goodmorning you bright ray of sunshine ! ! You

sound good ! !

One thing you need to be sure of, that you do not overdo !

Sounds like you are ! ! because of the meds used in

anesthesia, and the pain meds, you can have a euphoric

few days....and it is easy to overdo during that time.

What you really need is to rest, alot ! !

Your body needs time to adjust to the changes it just

had. Please slow down.....you are moving too fast ! !

You must drink lots of pure water ! to help flush out

all the toxins from the anesthesia, and from the surgery

debris.

I would not start detoxing for a few weeks. Let your body

do its thing. You can make yourself really sick if you dont.

Be sure you are having dailey, and hopefully several bowel movements a day, to get rid of toxins.

I am so happy to hear your doctor did such a good job and

did everything you wanted him to.

You are having good drainage, so, PLEASE rest, rest, rest !

You dont want a seroma or hematoma to form even tho

you have drains. You should NOT be moving your arms and

chest much for awhile. Usually day 3,4,5 were the worse

days.

On one of my surgeries, I found that Darvon that was given

to me CAUSED me headaches, so we changed pain meds,

and that made a huge difference.

Prayers for continued healing !

Love

Dede

I am still on meds, so I apologize if I don't make any sense! Surgery

went well - in fact, once I was released from recovery, my brother

took me to the health food store and I went in to get what I needed!

I have felt pretty good other than the headache that decided to kick

my butt last night and today. I am a bit upset that I still have the

horrible back pain though - I had so hoped it would go away. I have

had quite a bit of water retention (swollen ankles, face, tummy, etc)

but the doctors say it is normal - no need to do anything unless it

affects my breathing.

I think we can add my surgeon to the list...before surgery I handed

him a list of photos I wanted and he seemed impressed by the research

I had been doing. You definitely have to make sure he will do drain

tubes...he had said we may not do them but I stood and said we would

and he did! I have drained over 90cc's from both sides as of this

morning. Is that a normal amount? He told me to empty and measure

the fluid twice a day and keep a log to bring with me on Thursday. He

did take photos, which I will get Thursday. From what I remember, I

had no mold or anything he could see, however, I was told the implants

would be sent to a lab to be analyzed.

Oddly, one of the photos I wanted taken was of the serial

numbers...the doctor informed me after surgery that there were no

serial numbers on either implant. I had mentor in the right and

inamed in the left. He will place the photos in my records, so at

least chain of custody should be intact.

I have been drinking Acai berry smoothies with organic blueberries and

organic apple juice and am adding a shot of super berry juice to it -

I have that everyday. Am thinking I will be ready for the detox by

the weekend, so any advice is very welcome! I thought about just

doing the Renew Life total body detox in order to hit all organs.

I want to thank you all for helping me to get to this point! You are

all such amazing and strong women! Thank you for

everything...hopefully I will have more info to pass along once the

reports are in.

Qiessence,Every brand of implants has their own marking . . . I haven't heard of serial numbers - doesn't mean that some don't have them though. . . Identifying them is the big thing - just in case you have an opportunity to sue. You have to know who to sue! It sounds like your doctor did the proper thing. Please take a little more time to heal before starting detox . . . Lots of water and good food right now.Hugs,Rogene
