Happens to me sometimes. I think it's just the delay in feeling full. (You

know how they say with diets that it takes 20 minutes for your body to register

fullness). Carbs, in particular, seem to kind of keep expanding when they hit

your stomach. So you stop at a five, but once they've expanded, now you're at a

6 or 7. Not surprising. You might want to try stopping at 4 and waiting 20 or

30 minutes to see how you feel. And if you're still hungry, you can have more.
