bad day, even called my therapist

I had such a horrible day today and yesterday. I completely freaked out

yesterday and ended up calling my therapist. I hate it when I get to that point.

This feels like such a roller coaster. One day I think I am over something and

doing better and the next day I see it hits me like a ton of bricks.

There are days I want to give up (not on life, just on therapy and working it

all through).

I wish I could have made my mother see what she did....what she created...the

mess she made of my life.
